Shipping Policy
1. Shipping address
The items are sent with the delivery note to the address provided by the Customer at the time of purchase. Delivery will not be possible to hotels or PO boxes. It is essential that the Customer provides accurate and complete details of the destination address (e.g. street number, building number, staircase, access codes, intercom names or numbers, etc.).
2. Delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your location and the total weight of the items ordered. Here's an overview of the available shipping options:
- Standard delivery : Costs calculated automatically when you order .
- Estimated delivery time : 2 to 3 days.
- Free delivery in Belgium : For orders over 59 euros , we offer free standard delivery.
3. Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. During peak periods, order processing may take slightly longer, but we strive to keep lead times as short as possible.
4. Delivery tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.
5. Delivery delays
Although we do our best to meet the delivery times indicated, delays may sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, customs, etc.). In the event of a delay, we will keep you informed by email.
6. Return Policy
If your order arrives damaged, we ask you not to accept the package. In case of a justified defect, you must send us a photo of the product within 24 hours of receipt. In this case, we will assess the situation to find a solution. Please note that no returns, exchanges or refunds are possible.
