Returns and Refunds Policy

At La Renardière Durbuy, we attach great importance to the quality of our products, whether clothing, accessories, jewelry or decorative items. This is why we have implemented a strict policy regarding returns, exchanges and refunds.

No return, exchange or refund

We would like to point out that we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds on our products. Once your purchase is made, it is final. We therefore invite you to carefully check your order before finalizing your purchase.

Damaged package

Upon receipt of your package, if you notice that it has been damaged by the carrier, we ask you to refuse delivery. By accepting a damaged package, you waive any possibility of claim.

Product condition

In the event that a product presents an obvious defect, you are required to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To do so, please send a photo of the defective product to our customer service at the following address: contact@larenardieredurbuy.be. We will examine your complaint and determine the appropriate solution.
